Top notch communication, consistent sincerity, helpful suggestions, excellent explanations & exceptional professionalism sum up my experience with this garage (Honest Wheels) where last week, I just bought a Honda Fit 2017 low mileage Automatic Petrol hybrid car (as a first time car buyer). Jimmy was particularly instrumental to this memorable experience. Right from the very first day I messaged him on WhatsApp & showed interest in the car & eventually had a call with him, he made sure he answered ALL my questions & suggested I make a refundable deposit to keep the car off from other viewers pending which ever day I wanted to visit physically for viewing! Even when I eventually appeared in person to view the car, he made sure I felt relaxed & satisfied and not only did I view the car, he suggested I drive test it too! To emphasis how organized he is at his work, ahead of my arrival, he had already gotten the car ready for viewing & drive testing -so neat, stainless & tempting to be hopped into 🤭. Thus, there was no delays or having to keep me waiting especially as I had traveled 2-3hours away to the garage. And after the viewing & drive testing, I was even much more convinced than when I first saw the car on ‘Donedeal’ & ‘Honest Wheels’ website. Without mincing words, I left the garage so SATISFIED & HAPPY! In addition, this dealer has option of car finance. So, since I was already satisfied with my visit, I proceed with the application for finance -which was so swift, fast & well explained. It got approved. Then, Jimmy proceeded with the car registration, NCT, washing & polishing and all other necessary documentation & all other services. In addition, I got warranty -6 months! That’s so nice. Within a twinkle of an eye, the car was ready. Although they offered delivery option, I chose to have it driven down to my city by my friend. Although the garage doesn’t open on Sundays, Jimmy accepted I come with my friend on Sunday to pick the car. In fact, Jimmy was so nice that he was ever helpful to assist & explain everything! Just ask him & you’re getting a sincere correspondence immediately! He doesn’t withhold information or sugarcoat the obvious. 💪 I highly recommend this garage! Infact, I’m already spreading it across my friends & anyone interested in buying a reliable car from a dealer! “Honest Wheels” is indeed HONEST & RELIABLE! 💪🔥🥂
